Request: Does anyone have the address for the US branch of Technics Head Office? My dealer is doing his part to help resolve the damage to my new Kn6500 that was caused by the faulty Technics Carrying BAG. However, in order to expidite a resolution, I feel compelled to do my part by adressing the problem directly to the Director of sales for the US.

Looking on the back of my Kn6000 manual I find the following:
Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company
Division of Matsushita electric corporation of America
One Panasonic way,\Secaucus, new Jersey 07094
You no doubt know that Technics is a wholly owned division of Panasonic.
There used to be an address in your area but I don't know if it is still good or not. It was:
Panasonic Company
Division of Matsushita Electric Corporation of America.
6650 Katella Ave.
