I know it's possible to Easy Record two or more songs using the other Song locations. When it is saved, and loaded, you can pick which song to play. I understand this is possible before saving on disk.

What about after saving? Lets say you have two separate Easy Record files both using song 1 location. Instead of having two separate song files, I would like to put [file#2 Song1] in [file#1 Song 2] location. Is this possible? If it is, I know a few tweaks would be needed to make Song 2 find the correct locations on a few things. This is Easy Record using APC.

perfectly possible, save song 2 individually on page 3 of the save page, then load into song position 2 of the other file on page 3 too. Just need to bear in mind any possible conflict of composer, sound, pad etc memory positions used in both songs. Naturally with midi files no problem and a great space saving to boot.
