Randy ... sorry for the late entry on this, but I just got to listen ... I REALLY LIKED it, man ... nice work, ... mellow vocal, I dig the pan flute, and the style is great ... is that a 6/8 style? do you remember the name? I'd like to find something similar on my Pa900 ... As Donny said, find room for the 4x and do more with it - and don't make the vocals so rare ...

Donny - Well, it's raining here so I got the Korg hooked back up! Great to play it again. Now I remember why I didn't let it go...
Tony - thanks so much! And you were right - I used a 6/8 style and it is the "Brush Ballad" style. Thanks again for the listen and the kind words Tony!

Must be very late listening to it only today but really worth listening to . Love the song, love the style and your vocals are a very good match to the song. And....very laidback.....great!!

Mitch, John, and Al - thanks guys! Definitely appreciate your kindness and the listens! I sang in college (had to as a music major - many choruses of "Rare Old Wine" HA HA). It's fun playing with the melodies on some of these wonderful old songs and attempting the occasional vocal. Glad you liked what I did and thanks again so much for your kind words!

That was really nice Randy. As a trumpet player I have always enjoyed Chet's horn and vocals. You were able to emulate his pure vocal style which I just love. What a life he had, huh?
