In Walt Tenay's booklet on the "How To Do...", it says that when you first transfer a midi file from floppy onto the kn6 you should have about room for 10 midi files, yet it also then mentions this NX style that somehow allows you to put up to 30 more midi files? Am I right on this...I am not sure where in the manual it would explain this. I am very interested in this procedure because 35-40 songs on one floppy...playing one after the other...is awesome. Also, while the songs are playing, can you play along with the voice (IE iano) of your choice?

Mike
Your post should be directed towards Alec Pagida because he wrote the book and is probably the person to answer/solve your query

Mike,

Page 27, "How Do I Do That", manual, gives complete instructions to convert GM to NX which allows about 40 NX midis to a floppy. Alec also explains how to get a maximum of 200 songs in 20 sequencer files on a floppy!
