Player: added the ability to enable transposition of audio files before play.

Style: in the edit mode, enabled the assignment of a UserDrumset to the Drum
part.

Style: fixed the management of a Groove assigned to a "Chord" part of the rhythm.
With Hold disabled, the Groove will continue playback and can be managed via the
Drum section (even if assigned to a Chord part).

Launch Pad: fixed import of Styles with midi drums.

Registration: optimized the saving of 2nd voice and Micro sliders.

Dsp: fixed management of Reverb timing on virtual potentiometers.

Live modeling: fixed various loops.

Voice Edit: fixed management of Release, Resonance and Cutoff parameters.
Midi: fixed data management for midi out channels from an external device.
Keyb.Control: the Distortion effect virtual potentiometer now controls the amount
of effect instead of the volume.
User Manual: removed the user manual from the instrument. Enabled viewing
from UserFs, PenDrive, HD, SSD. Each manual can be downloaded from our website
(section: Products / Tool / Manuals) and copied to your own usb device device
(PendDrive, HD, SSD) or in the instrument internal memory (UserFs)
