I had two houses in FLA, one in Valrico and one in Sun City Center where I thought I might retire one day. My realtor for both (selling) transactions is STILL sending me listings to buy in the Sun City Center development (got one of her almost daily emails today). IS SHE NUTS? I actually had thoughts of moving back to Florida after my wife died but not anymore. Between the eco hazzards and the unreal insurance rates (if you can get it), I would never, ever consider living in Florida again. But can you imagine soliciting buyers AT THIS TIME in that disaster area. She was a very nice woman and a great realtor but jeezzz.

No 'thoughts and prayers' from me. I can send good thoughts but my prayers would probably be as useless as a critique of an unreleased Ketron product .
