how to install the pedal
I read the page 179 and I try to understand the configuration
I want to use the pedal only for the right and left 1 and 2 voices
for volume only

The m audio have a swift = m audio and others
I press the both and is the same can you help me

Hi Howard.
This sounds to me like a polarity issue.
I'm not familiar to the KN7k, about if there is any option in the menu settings to switch pedal polarity.
Many pedals have this option with switchable polarity as well. If this is not possible at KN or pedal, then a option is to swap wires to opposite position in the plug itself, or inside the pedal.
(And of course, there may be a solution to buy another pedal that have this option by a manual switch).

In the kn7000 there is 2 way to configure the expression pedal
1=volume for the right 1 and right 2
2=volume for the styles and the voices
but me its for the right 1 and 2 only
there is no polarity in the keyboard has I know
I thing I will return the pedal next week to the store

Hi John,I had return the M-Audio expression pedal to the store
there was one original kn7000 expression pedal in Vancouver in good
condition at the same price I paid for the m-audio pedal and it was
ship today I hope that the guy is honest,because sometime you never know
