I bought a new mic cable for the new kb, a balanced 1/4" jack with 2 rings to a female XLR...

Nothing....

I grab one of my older UNbalanced 1/4" jack with 1 rings to a female XLR...

Works just fine...

Is it that simple? I can't use an unbalanced mic cable with the 900SX?
