I seldom post music on forums anymore but this is to good to not
post. I currently play 10-15 gigs a week at senior venues. This is a
video of a gig at a memory care place. My reason for posting this is to
show how awesome the staff is at keeping the residents involved.
This is the best staff involvement I have seen in 17 years of playing at
these places. It is 9 minutes long but watch it all.

I could hardly believe the staff involvement, and seem to be having a good time to boot. It appears the staff actually cares about the people there. You bet it is too bad that other places don't have even a fraction of involvement this staff has. and I have been doing this for many years.

I play a lot of gigs where the staff cares. But then, sadly, some are just plain horrible. I'm the one who seems to be responsible for keeping an eye on the crowd.
