Btw, the push function still works, but the rotary encoder is the thing that is unresponsive. You can get it to switch between adjacent values sometimes, but scrolling down to out of sight parameters is very iffy. Totally useless given how many screens need to be scrolled through to get to lower items.
In my investigation of this issue I saw that the exact same scroll wheel is used on the Integra7 module, but Roland added four buttons surrounding it to improve navigation. It’s a shame Roland didn’t recognize how much the BK-7m needed this as well!
On an unrelated note, I might be tempted by a used Integra7 module one day. That’s a pretty impressive rack module!
