I bought a cheap digital piano( Korg Liamo) which sounds great, but it doesn't seem to have any velocity response. I am a beginner, but I can't get a softer left volume than the right. Does this have to do with the synth action and lack of velocity layers ? I actually prefer the action of my wife's Clavinova. I only paid $300 for the Liamo, and perhaps a better one would be more satisfactory.

According to the Korg Website it has 3 user levels for velocity, so it should be in there somewhere. (It should be in the manual)
