I know you can display the CC00 CC32 and PG numbers for each tones on the BK-9 by pressing couple of buttons, instead of looking in the Tone List all the time, I just can't remember the combination of those buttons. If you know it, please let me know, I've been searching the entire manual...

I couldn't find it. I searched the PDF manual for "number." I also looked at the manual for my trusty old Roland E-50, and couldn't find it in there either. Yamahas have the ability to optionally display the program numbers of tones in the display. Perhaps that's what you're thinking of?

I found it!! In the tone selection browser, press and HOLD the "Numeric" button. All of the tone details will be displayed as a pop-up. Press Numeric again, or Exit to dismiss the pop-up. (From p.159 of the manual.)

I was searching the physical manual, but you gave me a good idea to search the PDF, and I found it too. Thank you for your help.
