Hello all!

New to the forums after recently picking up an excellent condition KN2000. In addition to the styles/regs/sounds/etc that I've been able to download from places like ca-software.com, Archive.org, and Synth Zone, I was excited to find a batch of Yamaha PSR2100 to KN2000 style conversions on designserve (a mirror of Technicskn7000.com?)

My problem is that when I submit the user account creation form to access the downloads, I am taken to a Godaddy page that says the domain is for sale.

Does anyone happen to know if this "KN2000 Styles Series Y1" download is archived somewhere else? Or even if there are resources I may have missed?

Thanks!!

Hi,
and congrats with your "new" KN2000!

What happened to the sites you mentntions here, I don't know.
Many years ago, I had a Technics KN related website, where I created some quick converted style packs (not tweaked and edited) for download.
All the contents of my website was gived those you mention when I desided to dicontinue my site.

Here is a bunch of files that may give you some work to sound decent.
I also have zipped lots of original Technics stylediscettes, but those are copyrighted and not for public sharing.

Have fun.

All it took was a good cleaning, encoder switch replacement, and a floppy-to-USB upgrade for it to start feeling like my own =)

Your archive is incredible— what a bounty! I really appreciate you sharing the fruits of your labor. Will have fun, indeed!
