Just in case anyone is wondering what Dave's post is about, it refers to one of my earlier postings
QUOTE :"Hi to all you guy's North of 'The Gap', in the 'civilised' end of the country . Seems there's quite a few of us within spitting distance. There is one more member that I know of in this area, Brian Goodison, who is in Bridlington. Maybe we could have a 'get-together' some time at a central venue? What are your thoughts."

Hey - I'm not north of the 'gap' - living in Wiltshire - but I'm willing to travel despite the M5/M6 interchange!!! So count me in if I qualify - if only for enthusiasm!! Roger M

Gunner. In the UK the GAP is anywhere north of the town called WATFORD (A few miles North of London). The people below the GAP think we Northerners still use Horse & Carts as public transport..HA!!!

Chaps and Chapesses Have we managed to pick up all UK'ites yet in this conversation - I was beginning to wonder just how many members of Synthzone/Technics discussion forum are this side of the 'pond' and could meet up?? Roger M
Graham, don't be silly... nobody thinks you use horses and carts! We think you wear flat caps, have whippets, and are constantly in trubble down't mill
