Hi Don,
open the cd in explorer, go to the techmanager folder, then the folder inside that till you come to setup.exe.

run this until it may or may not reboot, depending on your particular version of windows. have patience if it takes a few seconds to decide.

after the reboot repeat and install should go ahead.

fields on the left are yes, fields on the right are no.

when you get as far as a install path,
to install click the computer icon.

[Just a little tip to those of you who use the Techmanager. For some time I had problems getting the communication word between my PC and the K6. Some functions did work fine some did not (the backup function did not work). The problem was solved when I removed the Cubase dongle from the paralell port !.

thanks, not having a proper cubase dongle I had not come across that yet. If you don't mind I'll put a sentence in the techmanager booklet with that info. I have described how to get techmanager working with a parallel port cartridge drive - which stopped it working altogether.
