Hi everyone:

For the past week I been trying to go on
http://www.technicskn7000.com/

website and it's not available. Can others check it and let me know if they too have the same problem? What's latest on this site?

Thanks, and have a Happy New Year!

This has happened before. May be that there is no activity and they have closed shop. It has not been updated in awhile.

Most of us have all the downloads that were available.

Hi Everyone,

I understand from some of our Keyboard Club Members that the U.K. Technics Website officially closed down last September.

This could well be the case as I met some of the former U.K. Technics staff at a music week in October, all of whom are now working for other musical instrument manufacturers and it is unlikely they would be employed by others if they were still contracted to Technics. Whatever! I still feel very sad when I think "no more Technics instruments" as I am sure many others do.

Hi All,

After just checking again: THE SITE is AVAILABLE AGAIN. Probably a server outage or so. The site is surely not closed since September, because not so long I visited it.

Then something else. As "marketer/support office' of our KN-SDExplorer tool I like to make the following announcement:

On the web: http://kn-sdexplorer.has.it there is apart from the regular buy button also a donation button in the bottom of the page. Also payments via this button can be done directly via credit card, so without having you to take your own PayPal account.

And why do I tell this?? Well, I decided to put the money that I receive as a donation in a funding for the Tsunami victims in Asia. I have a direct connection with somebody of AWF: http://www.awf.nu/ which means minimal overhead: all money is well-used.

AWF is linked with the C&MA USA organisation: http://www.cmalliance.org/

Help me help them. I of course already made my own donation for the help in Asia.

Regards, Fred

My contribution was made on line directly to the Red Cross International Tsunami diaster fund. Quick and easy and a receipt for income tax deduction and you know the money will be used entirely for what it was contributed for.
