Ref previous postings about difficulty with the Kn7000 site, after a fortnight trying I was finally accepted and able to download stuff. The shareware file (suggested songs for kn7) was OK and printed out, but with all the Technical Support Sheets, Acrobat Reader popped up and told me "there was an error processing a page, There was a problem reading the document (9)."

Tried a 2nd download but same result.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong this time???

If it's any help, I've e-mailed you the Audio Recorder pdf file for you to see if your acrobat reader can read this copy. If it can I can send you the other ones. If it can't, you may need to install/reinstall Acrobat Reader. I'm currently using v4.0
