If any members are using 24/7 Freeserve ISP and experience difficulties connecting (engaged tone etc), Freeserve have issued a patch to allow your PC to automatically dial alternative numbers, until a connection is made. Details are here : http://www.freeserve.com/connectionkit
Unfortunately, Freeserve haven't publicised this very well
