I walked down the end of my street this 4th of July to listen to a band playing at a party in a back yard. The keyboard player was Jon Greathouse playing electric piano and B3 on a Nord Electro 2. He sounded hot and played some great blues rock keyboard licks on the Nord Electro. Boy it sounded good. When I talked with him between sets he told me that he knew Synth Zone well and had downloaded patches for his K2000 over the years. Jon was a nice guy as well as being a hot musician. It was the first time I had heard the Nord Electro 2 used live and it left me very impressed. It sounded very convincing as a B3, Rhodes and Wurlitzer emulation though his playing style certainly made it complete. Jon is definately a great keyboard player who is well worth catching around LA if you ever get the chance.

Does that Nord do fireworks too? or do you need firewire for that?
(Don't want to lose any digits handling those fireworks )

Seriously tho, Nigel, thats having a good day when you can take a casual stroll down the street and catch a good live performance.
