Hello,

I recently purchased a beautiful Nord Electro 2. Fantastic board for the music of which I am creating, great clavs, wonderful electric pianos, KILLER elec grand!, and the organ section is MAGNIFICENT!

The only thing it is lacking is a Synth section. I know I could save up money and research synths and eventually purchase a separate unit, but wanted to check and see if there is some sort of External Box that could be plugged in via USB, which would function as a Synthesizer Sampler box, controlled by midi files. THis would be super awesome, would have endless sound possibilities at my fingertips, and would eliminate ( for the time being ) the need for me to carry around my Casio-WK3500 to fill in the gaps for Acoustic Pianos and Synths.

ANyone have any info on this? An external box which can be plugged in via usb or midi, which would function as a synthesizer.
