Hello again, all my SynthZone friends! This is Ted, one of the international Jaybirds, whose special link to our Playalong programs can be found at http://www.keso.nl (This is the wonderful Technics 7000 site that Cees operates with such skill.) We have submitted Playalong #7, entitled STAGE-STRUCK, for your listening and playing pleasure and fun.

However, Cees is on holiday until June 15th; so, there may be a delay before you can download this newest Playalong. As soon as it is included with the others, I will inform you all again. But meantime, I wanted to whet your appetite for a new and exciting song from the magic minds of Colin, Ted, Joyce and Joy--the four JAYBIRDS!

We have been checking the KESO site for the number of "hits" each day, and it seems many of you have shown an interest in our projects. However, we have received very few comments of any kind from any of you. We all spend a great deal of time preparing these Playalongs for you all, and would really appreciate a word of encouragement, satisfaction, or even disappointed, or any suggestions you may have to help us improve the quality of our work. Please feel free to e-mail me, and I will share your comments with the other three Jaybirds. Or write a comment here on the SynthZone board for all to read and share. We assume our work is being accepted in positive way, but without imput from you all, we have no sure way of knowing.

Keep your eyes and ears prepared for the forthcoming STAGE-STRUCK Playalong, coming soon!

Cheery greetigs from ALL the JAYBIRDS--Colin, Ted, Joyce and Joy

Well Ted , I listened to tracks 45 and 46 .
Wow well done you Jaybirds excellent .
loved the playing , arrangements , sound set ups .

i don't down load to my Kn 7000 because I'm very concerned about any changes that the downloads may do to the tricky midi settings I use to play my concerto midi accordion , believe me it can cause a nightmare of problems .

once again thank you for sharing your music
regards to you all .........Giovanni

Hello, Ted!

After posting my comments today on
the subject "JAYBIRD PERFORMANCES",
I was delighted to just read that
song #7 is on the way.

Yours and Colin's beautiful song
"Please" is fast becoming for us an
all time favorite.

As you probably know a previous "Please"
with music by Ralph Ranger and words by
Leo Robin was a hit in the early 1930's.

It also made lyric word-play fun with
"please" and "pleas", but the Colin Leaney/
Ted Rose "Please" is a better, prettier
and more well-crafted song. It deserves
to become an even bigger hit.

Our thanks and appreciation to the Jaybirds
for continuing your very worth while play-along series program.

Merrill

Hey Tony!

Sorry you can't join us further on the Jaybirds site, since you have a 6000. We all have the 7000, which is why our Playalongs are designed for that model keyboard. Don't know of any way to have them play on earlier models.

In answer to your query, a great source of many emoticons is www.smileycentral.com. After you download them, you can insert them in all your e-mails and postings. That is where I found the keyboard player.

Thanks for your comments and support.

Ted Rose (and the other three Jaybirds)

Hey Giovanni!

The two songs Colin plays (#45 and 46) are the only ones you ALL can listen to so far, from the drop down list on Cees site. If you like them, drop a note to Cees and perhaps he can also include the other Playalongs in that list so that even those without the 7000 can listen to them. Meanwhile, you can all download the printed music from the Jaybirds link, using Adobe. If you don't have Adobe on your computer, you can download it from the site or elsewhere. Once the music sheets are loaded on screen in Adobe format, you can print them from there by clicking "File" and then "Print" in the drop down list. Good luck

Ted Rose (the Yankee Jaybird)
