do you mean copy an entire card? open in a card reader, copy the Private and/or Sd_Sound folders to your pc, swap to the blank new card and copy them back. For part copying more involved methods are required unless you spend money on a program to make it easier.

Either use SD-Explorer or the default SongManager application. Do a backup of the sopurce SD-Card to Hard disk and then restore it to a new SD-Card.

SDExplorer is a very poor program for backups because of a bug with audio which never got fixed. Song Manager works correctly in that respect, but neither are mandatory just to duplicate or backup an sd card.

Hey - I didn't realise SD Explorer handled audio files at all, Fred (fmlk), I must have another look sometime...

it doesn't, but backs up the large amount of audio data for no purpose, unfortunately wasting both time and hard drive space, which I pointed out privately as soon as the program was sent to me for testing a long time ago. Later Fred announced there would be no more fixes.
