I have a PR804 and had previously loaded the USB driver and was able to download files from my computer to the PR804. However after loading on some other non related software the download link now does not operate and no amount of reinstalling the technics USB driver will fix it. Any ideas

Have you thought it could be your PC, try 'restoring' it to a date prior to the change you made.

Installation of the Drivers etc. for communication with the Technics keyboard must follow the procedure exactly.

Thanks for all your replies, I eventually tracked the problem down to a rogue registry entry, and after using a registry cleaner was able to re-install the driver with no problem.
