Technicsplayer, I notice a post re R. Stiger has been withdrawn. Any public reason? I believe I followed up on that original post, ordered a disk from Carillon Studios, sent credit card info by two emails, as requested, expected a response within 2 days, as stated. However three days later no reply.

Hi, I only answered the question, the originator of the thread is the one who can delete it.

I was the originator of that thread, and I deleted it quite by accident. It was just a simple question on who was Reg Stiger, and who sold his style disks, which technicsplayer and I both agree are quite good.

Truthfully, I do not like the method of ordering through the Carillon website, sending 2 emails, split your credit card number, wait 2 days for a response. In my opinion, they could update their method of purchacing, that would probably benifit both Carillion and the consumer. Just my honest opinion.

A friend of mine tried to order from them over a week ago,recieved nothing and has tried to contact them, but no luck.

Anyone know the status of Carillon ?
Are they still in buisness ?

So far, Day 4, not a thing. Sent a follow up email at the end of day 2, also no reply.
Got an email from New Zealand from a person in the same situation, but they had had no reply after 7 days!

The delay may be caused by the fact that Carillon/John Romero have been organising and running an accordion event (20-23 Feb) in Eastbourne. Maybe another try is called for?

I received two files today from Carillon with apologies for their lateness as they were all at the festival. I ordered them by phone on Wednesday last. If I order files from suppliers in Melbourne, I can go straight from the phone to the computer and they are there- they actually send them as you order them. But then, we are pretty smart down here.
