Hi All,

At the KN-7000, I came a cross a lyrics option on the set screen. After pressing on the lyrics button, I got a white screen.

Question

How can I load and save lyrics?

In what format does the lyrics have to be?

Can the lyrics be in a MS word format?

The lyrics will come when you play a midi file with a lyrics format.

You maybe also know that you can made lyrics in for eample Paint, in MS Windows. Then you save the lyrics as Jpg-file and go into the Sequencer/Record/CTL-track and load it as a User-file, then use the "Pic" control to put the file anywhere in the sequence.

I think the files is then called .kar files(karaoke). As i recall midifiles does not contain lyrics, but .kar files does. Correct me if I'm wrong.

MIDI FILES DO CONTAIN LYRICS WHICH YOU CAN CHECK IF YOU USE 'TUNE 1000' ' CHARTBUSTER' ETC. THEY ARE NOT NECCESSARILY .kar FORMAT.
