I have posted this at other venues with no success (although people have tried to help), but does anyone have a jazz ballad style where the bridge (or ad lib solo) is "double timed"? The change in rhythm could be controlled by the 4 variations or PMs, I would think. I apparently do not have the talent to do this, and any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi Tony
You've probably already thought of this - but just in case, try for example saving jazz ballad (on the KN6000) at a tempo of around 90 in a panel memory, then in another panel memory save the same at 180, BUT mute all except bass & drums - or even just have the drums at double time. it should give you a similar effect to a live drummer switching to 16's.

John .... I remember I had tried that once before and wasn't happy with it, .. perhaps it was the rhythm I used .... it seemed better this time .. still needs more work though...... thanks,
