Can anyone help I am trying to record from the kn to audio recorder on my lap top using the usb lead I have followed all the instruction,The recorder starts and seems to record but the recording levels do not go above the first bar.When It as finished recording and transfered to the computer their is no sound I wonder If their Is A fault on the key board As I have tried other leads I have no trouble with the usb on the lap top as I have used the juke box with sd card.
