I've just bought a triton studio but i'm having problems sending effects to different tracks. Using the effects page i can change the type of effects ie: Phasers, Reverb etc but i can not find a page to send different amounts of that effect to each track.

It is in the assignments. You have to assign the effect to the track.
Better yet, use outboard effects. I mean really commonly from my earpoint, those effects are not quite to my pallate. Coping however is understandable if you have only those to offer the sound. The Triton is in no way alone in that department. They sure sound a lot better than the ones they incorporate in most Roland boards
