I don't know whether it will work or not Max, but is probably the last thing to try. If there is a hardware fault, it cannot help. You can also try a hard reset, hold down latin, world , custom and switch on, this forces a micro boot.

To see the KN version hold down drawbar, accordian, explorer and switch on, watch the screen.
