When using the mic output on the KN6000,and you chang the settings so that it harmonizes with your voice...(as you see fit)...once that harmony is set, is there anyway that the entire voice with harmony can be heard thru a PA system and not just the board?

A possible solution

I don't know what type of P.A. you're trying to hook up to but, without being OTT, we've been there and done it, so here goes.

Your best bet is a headphone extension lead with a large jack for the 6K's Headphone socket and a jack to fit to the MIC input of the P.A. For obvious reasons make sure that the lead is long enough but also consider that the longer the lead the less signal gets through.

Thanks...I thought of doin that after I went to sleep last night. It should work...but have you ever used the harmonizer on the KN?

But whar about the "line out" jacks, is'nt
it what they are for, put the signal out
to a amp?
You probably have to do some settings in
the mixer to obtain what you want?

Assuming the KN6000 is similar to the KN7000, any signal from the Microphone, including the 'Harmoniser', should be present on the Line Outputs from the KN6000. So, if you connect the Line Outputs to an external Amplifier, all sounds should be fed to the Amplifier.

I think you are right...I am trying all of this tech stuff today...hoping that the harmonizer DOES work without having to have an external rack. Thanks..

I would have thought that the Mic input would have been overloaded via the headphone output, normally Mic inputs are very sensitive, there also may be an impedance mismatch. It's a while since I owned a 6000, or even a 7000 for that matter!!, but from memory if you use an expression pedal you can set it to ignore the Mic, so that no matter what level you are playing, the Mic. is constant. Walter.

If you have a mixer, and a cheap one will do,You can control the signal into the KN6000.Using the headphone connection will give a stronger signal out to your Amp,but the signal from the out ports on the KN6000
are strong enough.
