Just reflecting on Barry's preference that a short ending is more useable.

I couldn't agree more with this. If you have people gathering round you whilst playing, the last thing you want surely is an ending that goes on for ages and is awkward to join in with.

Another feature that I find for me personally of little use, is the Fade out
It gives the audience the idea that maybe something or all is recorded.

I think the stytle endings by default on the KN7000 are perhaps not the strong point of the instrument for me, however there's plenty of scope to mix endings from other styles or create your own.

Kind regards to all

Peter

The long ending on the Blugrass rhythm is so much fun! I only see smiles on my listeners faces with that one!

Lighten up folks!

I wonder if the smiles on the listeners faces when you hit the ending button are smiles of "admiration with regard the players ability to play", or, as I suspect smiles of "that was a good fun gimmick"

I don't think it's so much of "Lighten up" it's more of how an entertainer/musician want's to present his or her act.

Just my thoughts

Kind regards to all

Peter

Anthony,
Sound arranger only lets me change the sounds on preset rhythms but it dosent change what the end fills play, but I do agree it can help a lot eg changing bass&drums.

Hi Tony

"Are registrations saved for these songs? If so, couldn't an ending be saved in a pad?"

I did try this but Pads 1-4 can only record
and play 2 parts so the endings were a bit
bare .
