cheers Fran , personally all my laptops now have an SD slot built in, nevertheless with only one of these I could transfer between two cards direct without a card reader in half the time without having to use the hard drive, so another useful extra option.

Is this what it looks like???....An SD card that will store 7K data that will plug into a USB port on the laptop computer to store in the computer without having to use the "reader"????

that's about it, judging from the sd prices trend it shouldn't be that long before value versions become available. You only really need ultra II cards for jobs like unlimited 640x480 30fps movies, or continuous shooting high resolution cameras that can do 3 frames a second, thus overkill in a KN7000, but the trend has started
