Does anyone know if Technics made a soft case for the KN7000? The manual doesn't show a case under "Seperately sold options" on page 198. I am aware that there are many hard cases available on eBay.

Hello Scott,

Try BCK they stock quite a lot of accessories including keyboard bags.

Their email address is:-

Hi Aud,

Thanks for the site. I am surprised that Technics didn't offer one or at least, it isn't listed in the manual. Previous models had cases.

I bought one from Walt Tenay last year. It is Technics, and is pretty sturdy.

Hi Scott,

Technics didn't offer much at all in the way of aftersales and service. Luckily we had a company close to where I live called TECHNOTE who gave an excellent service to all Technics owners whatever their instrument. Sadly, although they are still in business, they are no longer able to support the Technics instruments hence the reason I gave your BCK's address. They can supply keyboard cases to suit all makes and models, soft or hard.

You may also be interested to know that Style Disk Warehouse have taken over the range of Technics software from Technote and I believe have released a new FREE CATALOGUE and FREE DISK. If you wish to contact them their details are as follows:-

STYLE DISK WAREHOUSE

Good luck!

Hi Bernie,

I saw that one listed a couple of days ago. It is, as said for the KN5000 - KN6500 keyboards. There is quite a difference in the size of the KN7000.

Hello, everyone -

Well, it seems that trying to get a soft case for the KN7000 is as hard to come by as the keyboard itself.

Audrey, I tried Style Disk Warehouse. They seem to show a case for the KN7000. The problem is that they will not ship to the United States.

Bernie, I spoke to Walt Tenay and he hasn't had any of these cases for a year. He said that he just hasn't gotten around to taking it off his site.

I was hoping someone would sell theirs by perhaps wanting a hard case. There are many hard cases available. I don't want that weight to deal with. The KN7000 is heavy enough.
