Looking for a KN7000 Service Manual to buy. When I press the "DEMO" button on the KN7000, it locks up the KN7000 and then has to be turn off and on to be operational again.

Any ideas where to buy a service manual for the KN7000?

ANSWER: Problem Solved. Discovered it was my computer attached to the KN7000 USB Port that was causing this problem. Now I Got to check out the attached computer.

You are right. However, the service manual provides some simple sequence tests (unrelated)that I'll be able to perform. This will check out most of the KN7000. Then, I hope to localize the problem.
