Derek, "The Continental" was published in 1934 by Con Conrad and Herbert Magidson and is in Hal Leonard's "The Best Fake Book Ever",page 120/121,(HL00290239). I have no way to scan it and email it, but if someone else has the fake book maybe they can. The book was published in 1990, but maybe you can still order it online. The only other song with "Continental" in the title was done in the early 60's as a rock & roll song. Good luck! BTW, the lyrics are on lyricsdownload.com listed under Frank Sinatra, if that's any help.
