I have a Casio WK-3500. What would be a good sequencing software out there that would recognize this keyboard? Thank you

Are you running windows or Mac? Any sequencer that recognizes midi input should recognize your kb. Top of the Line would be Cakewalk's Sonar for Windows, Logic for Mac, or Cubase SX for either.
More inexpensive alternatives include PG's PowerTracks Pro or Tracktion. It comes down to how much $ you can spend and what you want to do.

There's lots of options. This may be a start:

I have Cakewalk 9, Sonar, Cakewalk Music Creator and Powertracks....

When I need to use a software sequencer...my choice is Powertracks..

MOst of the time I sequence and edit with my onboard Roland sequencers...
