hi
my kn6000 is updated to 7.0 and i have found a German update numbered 7.1.
is it worth updating as my Kn6000 works great and what are the improvements of the update.
i know i have to put the two files on two discs but what do i do then as i can't read German so there instructions are no good to me.
thanks for your help

On the basis of "If it ain't broke - don't fix it" - I wouldn't bother.
If the update process is not carried out correctly, you could end up with a Dead Keyboard................

Hello,

like Bill Norrie has already written, 7.1 update is not mandatory.
The difference with 7.0 is:
-Some hidden defects are corrected.
-Improved compatibility with older keyboards.
-The need for the sound module SY-EW01

If you still want the update, I could help you. The manual is written in German.

Greeting
HarryG

hi HarryG
thanks for your offer but if there not much difference then i think I'll leave it as i use the KN6000 with my WERSI PEGASUS and both are working well.
thanks again for your help
Bill
