I was still playing organs in the KN3000 era so I have no direct knowledge. But I am pretty sure you can copy the built in rhythm to the Composer and then edit the Composer parts. You can't edit the built in rhythms directly.

Hello,

load first the style in the Composer. Then you can change every accompanying instrument.

Press the key "Composer", then "Copy" "From - To"
If you have copied the style in the Composer, then the key "Composer" then "p. E. Recording Memory A" presses "variation 1", then "bass".
Now you can change the accompanying instruments like Around, Accomp1-3, bass, Right 1.2 and Left.

was not the KN3000 the first to have a sound arranger?

I seem to remember you could change all the preset style parts without going into the composer, just press set and select drums or bass and then select a different sound from the groups. You could do this for every preset style and thus have a different sound palette for every preset rhythm?

Hello Technicsplayer,

you are right!
With work styles can be also taken the sound Arranger for the change of the accompanying instruments. The key "set" press, then drums, Accomp are indicated 1-3 and bass. Now in the sound Group other instruments can be chosen.

Good point, Alec! Found it on page 44 of the KN3000 manual. Works the same as the KN7000 Sound Arranger.
