I recently bought a Yamaha P80 myself and do have the same problem. I would like to play the demo jazz piano and rock piano aswell.
Even after extensive research on the web I cannot find anybody who can help me so far.
I will keep on looking. As soon as I found this particular song I let you know.

I think you have to figure it out yourself. Even I asked Yamaha, they don't have the sheet music of it.
