I need to get a Smart Media Card for my Yamaha S80. Not sure what size (MB) is needed. I'd want to have enough storage capacity for up to about 25 live songs and store a couple dozen performance settings. Any suggestions?

S80 supports up to 32MB smart media. My recommendation is to get a 32MB 3V smart media (about $80 TO $100) - smaller ones get filled up more rapidly and swapping in and out may lead to loss or misplacement of your smart media. You can store quite a bit of information in 32MB - much more than what you described.
