I'm a newbie to Midi but having wrote music manually and played guitar for 15 years I thought I'd better join. I have a high spec PC with SBLive card, a Yamaha CS2X connected by midi and Cubase VST. The problem is this- I can hear these great multi layered performances on the CS2x by headphone but I can't seem to reference them without rebuilding them in Cubase (i.e. Assign all the voices to the tracks ). Is there a patch list that I can load into Cubase for the CS2x that will give me access to all the default performance conbinations without having to reprogram it. This may be a daft question but I'm having trouble getting my head round all this. Any CS2x help would be great. Cheers

Why don't you use TO HOST connection?
