From your description, it appears as if either the power supply has died, or worse yet, the machine's internal power supply and mother board have died. Not a good sign. Have the power supply checked out before doing anything else. This can be done by merely connecting a small, automotive light bulb to the power supply using a few short lengths of wire. If the bulb doesn't light, the supply is obviously dead. However, if the power supply seems functional, then the problem is more serious and you may need to take the machine to an authorized service center.
