I think you will find it has way more omph than you need. I just plug the sub into my headphone jack and use JBL speakers. Normally, I just plug it into the headphone jack of my keyboard, as I use powered speakers and the Tyros 2 built in mixer is fine for my needs.

OK thanks, my problem is that I don't use the keyboard all the time, I have a band with bass guitar and 3 acoustic electric guitars my plan is to plug the sub in the AUX SEND and plug in the Bass Guitar directly to the mixer and use the Aux Knob to bring up the bass through the sub.
