I tried to connect the EXP-2 foot controller to the assign pedal port. So I I connected the provided cord to this port on one end and the other end to the input 1. Did not notice any volume mods when pressed or release my foot on the pedal. Could anyone explain to me please, what are the output1 and output2 socket used for??

Not sure which is which but the one on the left is the one and you need to set your keyboard's pedal input to expression or Volume.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having problems with the exp-2. I've searched online for some answers about the correct setup to no avail. I connected the exp-2 to the output (the left side) into the "pedal assg" jack and set my settings to "master volume", but nothing happen. No sound or anything. What are we doing wrong? The Newbie
