I am trying to use a 303 for the first time (no manual).
The supplemental notes I downloaded from Rolands site says it is 16 channel multi-timbral when in Sound Module mode.
Even when I switch to SM mode (play mode+on) I can't get more than one instrument out of it. I'm using Cubasis\Cakewalk, and i've tried selecting every bank\program for each channel, still no sound! Help!

Just a check ....

Hold "Play mode" and swich on ... wait 2 sec ... release "Play mode".

None of the swiches/buttons knobs must react when pressed/turned. This is to confirm that you are really in Module mode.

If you release "Play Mode" too early ... it does not enter to Module mode... happened to me a couple of times ...
