I just strolled through all the forums in this bulletin board and found only about 4 or 5 in use. WHERE IS EVERYBODY?

I been right here since the end of 1999. These forums use to be in use all the time.
What happened?

I guess the Internet has grown a lot since 1999 and people have a lot more choice now than they had back then. That's all I can put it down to anyway. All the same I keep all the forums alive here even if they are pretty quiet compared with the few busy forums.

I always go to Gereral Arranger Keyboard Forum and it appears most members do the same. Or just select Today's Active Topics

Yes, I also realized that most keyboardists changed to GENERAL ARRANGER KEYBOARD FORUM. So, it seems that the whole world of keyboardists are arrangers only. I followed this topic because at first I didn't know what arranger keyboards really are. I needed more than 3 months until I've learned that arrangers are different to synthesizers.
Why? Because all keyboardists are here! There were no difference to see for me!

Also, there are still some members which posts their OTs into this topic instead of using THE BAR. I'm wondering about it all the time. Is it really so hard to use a forum in the right way?

Maybe we don't need so much different topics (anymore)!?!?

I think that with 37 forums (fora?), it's spreading things a bit thin - spoilt for choice, if you will.

Clearly, if people concentrate on only three or four, then our Nigel could save himself a schwack of work and kick back and play music rather than having to faff about tending to admin. work.
