The subject of using contracts comes up on the Zone from time to time. Mine is pretty simple specifying I will show up and they will pay me.

I never thought about attaching a Rider to my contracts...but apparantly the big names do.

I think you should also add a rider to your contract. You should demand:

Stage hands to carry your equipment

A sound person to tweek your Bose PAS

A fully stocked bar

A massage therapist

Fresh fruit baskets

An arrangement of fresh flowers

Your own carpeted dressing room kept between 68 and 72 degrees

A 20 minute break every hour

No country music is to be performed

A couple of girls to assist you with your makeup

Your own parking place

I can't think of anything else. Can you?

I'm thinking of applying for a position as a Coral Reefer. Did you see Jimmy Buffet's 13 pages? And page 5 is VERY interesting. I'd probably have to hire Gary to help consume the Corona's.
