Whoa, what happened with the Synthzone forums this weekend? The entire server was down.

Wow...was it only me that couldn't get on over the weekend? that's strange as every other site I visited over the weekend was accessible.

I still haven't received any info about what actually happened. I was just worried that the site had been hacked again but it doesn't look like anything was actually lost so I'm thinking the problem was with the server.

You can bet I was glad to see it re-appear again on Sunday afternoon .... very relieved. I'm very happy to see everyone back on the forums again.

I actually lost a post - I had put it in on Sat evening, but when the site reappeared on Sunday afternoon, my post was gone.

On the other hand, it was probably a good thing, as it was a reply to someone's whining, and in retrospect I think it was a bit harsh. I am pretty sure, though, that it has not been so abrasive as to cause the forum to shut down
