Joe owns a house on a hill,an assylum seeker(we shall call Ali) moves in next door to joe and brings all his pets (cats, dogs, chickens, pigs horses cows geese and a peacock) and puts them all in the back garden. One day Ali,s peacock lays an egg and it rolls down the hill into joe,s garden.So Ali goes around to joe and says can I have my egg back please ,and joe says we have a law here which says ,anything on my property belongs to me,so it,s mine.Ali says that's not right ,I own the peacock ,so it should belong to me,or I will sue you for theft.They go to court and YOU are the judge, who is right? is it Ali or Joe?
