The origin is Buddhism. I actually posted this because of what's going on again on the forum. Why can't we just let others enjoy what they like. If we treat our hobby or livelihood like it's a competition we're losing sight of what drew us to it in the first place. Music is meant to enrich our lives, to have joy and share that joy with others. Our preference of brand or model should have no bearing whatsoever. Each brand/model has its strenghts and weaknesses. If we don't like a particular brand or model, we can choose to ignore it instead of instigating fights.

If we show no respect we won't get no respect either.
